Meet New People & Play with your Rivals every October

Join us for a one-day tournament on Saturday, October 12, 2024 where players register on their own and get tossed onto a random team for the day. This fall tournament is for adult recreational COED volleyball players catering to novice, intermediate and advanced skill levels. Registration opens on Sunday, September 22, 2024 @ 2pm ET. Limited to 48 people (8 Teams of 6 players).

This one-day tournament is on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Only single player registration is permitted. We make your teams.

  • Date: Sat, Oct 12, 2024 from 8am till 5pm (ET) - Please arrive at 7:30am

  • Hosted by: Funtime Volleyball

  • Venue: SUCCI Wellness Centre (Minowaadiziiwin), 1450 Nakina Drive, Thunder Bay, ON, P7C 4W1

  • Tournament Name: The Scrambler

  • Number of teams: up to 8 teams

  • Tournament Structure

    • Round Robin (45-minute matches), followed by a single elimination tournament. All teams will get between 4 to 6 matches throughout the day. Each match can be between 2 to 3 games.

  • Demographic: Adults only (18+)

  • Lunch: Yes, free light lunch included. Courtesy of Montana's BBQ & Bar.

  • Rules: Games are self regulated and follow the same rules as Funtime Volleyball. You and all players on your team must be 18 years or older. This is a Canadian Reverse COED 6 tournament with a maximum of 3 male players on the court per team.

  • Awards: Winning team will receive trophies. No prize money.

  • After Party: You are welcome to join us at Montana's BBQ & Bar, taking advantage of our partnership specials on drinks and apps for this day only.
